Getting Support

Determining the root cause of a problem requires that we retrace the steps you took when the problem occurred. In order for us to reproduce and diagnose the problem you're experiencing, please include the following items when opening or replying to your support ticket:

  1. A detailed explanation of why you think ImpairMaster is wrong, along with any citation back to the Guides.
  2. The exam data you entered into ImpairMaster that revealed the issue (see below for instructions).
  3. The report that looks wrong.

Downloading the Exam Data File

To download the exam data file:

  1. If it's not already, open the exam that is having the problem.
  2. With the exam open, click on the "Exam Actions" dropdown button.
  3. Select "Download exam data file" from the action list.
  4. Save the data file somewhere on your computer.
  5. Include that data file when opening or responding to your support ticket.

Downloading the Impairment Report

To download the impairment rating report, follow the same steps above, but select "Download Impairment Rating" and save the file to your computer. Include that file with your ticket.
