Including Patient Info in the Report

Exam details, such as the subject's name, date of birth, etc., are initially not included in the final impairment report. However, if you would like them to appear in the report header, turn on the "Include properties in final report" switch. You can find the switch in the exam properties page.

To access an exam's properties, follow one of these approaches:

1. When first creating an exam, turn the switch on.
   
   
2. For a previously created exam, find the exam in the list of your exams, then click on the ellipsis adjacent to the exam in the list. From there, you can select "Exam properties" from the dropdown context menu.
   
   
3. While editing an exam, you can click on the small pencil next to the subject's name to open the exam's properties.
