Generating an impairment rating report starts with creating an exam and then adding impairments to it. Each time you add an exam finding to the exam, ImpairMaster will automatically recalculate the entire exam and show it to you in the report window.
After you log into ImpairMaster, you'll see a list of your most recent exams.
To start a new exam, click the blue "New Exam" button at the top of the page. The following Exam Properties dialog will be displayed.
At a minimum, you'll should give the exam the subject's name so you'll be able to identify it in the list. The rest of the fields are optional, but if you include them, they will be included in the final report.

Include Properties in final report
If this switch is turned on, the patient's name, examiner's name, and any other details provided in the exam properties form will be included in the final report. If you intend to copy the contents of the report and paste it into another document, you may want to turn this off.
