When you're finished entering impairments, you can either download the final impairment rating report to your computer, or you can copy the report to your computer's clipboard, and paste it into another program such as Microsoft Word or Apple Pages. This article talks about how to use the clipboard for the copy and paste approach.
Once the impairment report is finished, you can copy the contents of the report to your computer's clipboard. To do this, click the Copy button found in the upper right part of the window:
Once you click the Copy button, the contents of the report will be placed on your computer's clipboard. Now it can be pasted into your word processor.
For example, if you are using Microsoft Word, put the cursor in the document where you want the report to appear, then click on the "Paste" command in the command ribbon:
If you prefer to use keyboard shortcuts, most computers support Ctrl+v as a shortcut for pasting.
