Safari browser missing help widget

Modified on Tue, 8 Apr at 5:42 PM

Under normal conditions, once you sign into ImpairMaster you'll see a help widget in the bottom right corner of the page.

If you're using Apple's Safari browser and the help widget is missing, it's possible that Safari's privacy settings are blocking the widget. If you want to adjust your settings so that the help widget can be displayed, follow these steps:

Check Safari Privacy Settings:

  1. Open Safari and go to "Preferences" (Shortcut: CMD + `,`).
  2. Navigate to the Privacy tab.
  3. Ensure the option "Prevent cross-site tracking" is unchecked.
  4. Close and reopen Safari to apply the changes.

Clear Cookies and Cache:

  1. Go to "Safari" > "Preferences" > "Advanced."
  2. Enable Show Develop menu in menu bar.
  3. From the Develop menu, select Empty Caches.
  4. Also, clear cookies under "Safari" > "Preferences" > "Privacy" > "Manage Website Data."
